Involvement Centres

Welcome

Involvement Centres are warm, welcoming, peer-led drop-in spaces, focussed on recovery.

In our centres, mental health and addiction challenges are understood to be a part of life, and accepted in a non- judgemental way.

Open to everyone over 18.

Drop in for a cuppa and a chat!

We provide a comfortable, homely space, along with tea, coffee and biscuits. You can just be yourself here.

Our service is free, and you don’t need a referral. Just come along to your local Centre any time it's open.

Involvement Centre staff and volunteers all have their own lived experience, and/or are supporters or family members of people with mental health challenges.

Our values are based on our Support Agreement.

There are Involvement Centres in Carlow, Clonmel, Kilkenny, and Waterford.

They all provide a drop-in service whenever they’re open, so you can come along and just chat or relax.

Each individual Centre also has its own optional program of activities, such as art, music or creative writing.
